Gifted Vision Services started as a small moving crew in Nashville and grew as customers kept asking for help beyond just the truck, carrying in a delivered couch, building a bed frame, or loading a rental truck they had already reserved.

About Gifted Vision Services

Nashville, Tennessee
Gifted Vision Services moving and relocation

How the work grew

Moving is still the center of what we do, local jobs across Nashville and the surrounding towns, plus long distance moves leaving the state entirely. But early on, customers who had just moved would ask if we could also pick up a couch they bought separately, or build the dresser that arrived flat packed the same week. Saying yes to those requests turned into a second and third service line that now runs alongside the moving work every week.

That is why the crew handles moving, delivery, and setup as one connected service rather than three separate businesses. The same people who wrap your furniture for a move are the ones who carry in a delivery or build a shelf, which means less relearning for every new job and more consistency for the customer.

How we train the crew

Everyone on the crew learns the same basics before they touch a customer's furniture, how to wrap a dresser, how to pad a doorway, how to lift with your legs instead of your back, and how to ask before assuming where something goes. We would rather spend an extra ten minutes training on a slow day than have someone learn the hard way on a busy one with a customer watching.

New crew members shadow an experienced lead on real jobs before they run one themselves, which is slower to start but means the crew showing up at your door already knows what a Nashville staircase move or a Franklin historic home delivery actually involves.

Renata's role

I am Renata, and I lead the crew day to day. I still walk most of the bigger jobs myself, especially first time customers, because a five minute walk through catches details a phone call misses, a low doorway, a narrow hallway turn, a dresser mirror that needs to travel separately. That habit has not changed as the crew has grown, and I do not plan to drop it.

If something goes wrong on a job, and occasionally something does, I want to hear about it directly rather than through three layers of dispatch. That is part of why the crew stays small enough that I know most of the jobs happening in a given week.

What stays the same on every job

Whether it is a local move, a delivery, or a labor only job loading a rental truck, the crew treats the furniture the same way, wrapped, padded, and carried carefully, and treats the customer the same way, with a clear plan before the work starts rather than guesswork on the day.
